Digital collections
The digital collections of the Museum of Archaeological Sciences and Art are accessible through the digital repository of the University of Padua Phaidra, offering the possibility to explore online some of the artifacts that tell the history of art, archaeology, and material culture. These collections, rich in historical and cultural value, offer users a virtual journey through history, ensuring accessible and detailed digital fruition.

Art and Antiquity in Padua in the Sixteenth Century: The Mantova Benavides collection
This collection represents the historical nucleus of the Museum, constituted thanks to the Vallisneri donation of 1733. It includes works of art, antiquities and curious materials that testify to the antiquarian taste of the Paduan Renaissance and the relationships between collecting and the artists of the time.

Roman Padua in the Museum collections
Archaeological finds related to ancient Patavium, including architectural fragments, mosaics, and educational models, tell the history of Roman Padua. Among the outstanding finds, the model of the San Lorenzo bridge and offerer stutue associated with the Isiac cult.

The Educational collections
A selection of archaeological finds exhibited in chronological order, intended for teaching and training. It includes objects coming from the Neumann and Gorga collections, including bronze statuettes, lamps, domestic furnishings, and tools used in Roman daily life.
